Black & Whites opened its doors in 2009 in downtown Gibson City. All of our candies are made by hand in small batches with traditional ingredients, like pure cane sugar, cream, and real butter. Everything is poured into copper kettles, weighed using an old grain scale, stirred with wooden paddles, cooked over antique gas candy stoves, and cut by hand - just like its been done for generations before! Our methods are simple and time-honored, letting the quality shine through in every delicious bite!
Since our candies are made with fresh ingredients and without added preservatives, they are best when consumed within 2-4 weeks of purchase. Candies can be refrigerated or frozen but we do not recommend this as moisture may effect the quality of the chocolates.
